As a Premium member of Kin you can add multiple brand profiles to the platform for £495 per year per additional profile.
Prior to adding a new profile there are a few things to consider in terms of how you plan to set things up. The main thing is how you want to manage contact that you send and receive from partners or potential partners.
Have a read of the three scenarios below and follow the instructions based on how you plan to set things up.
Scenario 1 – You would like multiple brand profiles but are happy for all messages sent and received to be coming to one person.
This is the easiest option, although might get confusing if you are managing multiple profiles. To set an additional profile:
- Become a Premium member of Kin
- Create your first brand profile (Login > Account > My Brand > Add a new Brand Profile)
- Create your second brand profile by clicking here. You will need to pay £495 and then you will be taken to an online form to complete your new profile.
- The Kin Team will review your new profile and publish it on the site within 24 Hrs
Scenario 2 – You would like multiple brand profiles but would like to separate contact between you and partners into two profiles.
NOTE: You will need a second email account for this option
To create a second profile and split the contact you make per profile, follow these instructions.
As a Premium member of Kin you can have up to 5 sub-accounts. You need to set up a sub-account.
- You must be logged in as a Premium member. Set up a sub-account. (Login > Account > Subscriptions tab > Sub Account (right of the screen)
- Create a new sub-account (you will need a unique LIVE email account), tick the box to “Send a welcome email”. An email will be sent to the new account with a link to create a password
- Logout of Kin as the primary user and Login as the new sub-account user
- Create your second brand profile (Account > My Brands > Add an additional brand profile) or by clicking here. You will need to pay £495 and then you will be taken to an online form to complete your new profile.
- The Kin Team will review your new profile and publish it on the site within 24 Hrs
Scenario 3 – You would like multiple brand profiles but one of your colleagues will be managing the additional brand profile and all contacts.
In this scenario you are essentially creating an alternative scenario 2
- You must be logged in as a Premium member. Set up a sub-account. (Login > Account > Subscriptions tab > Sub Account (right of the screen)
- Create a new sub-account for your colleague (you will need a unique LIVE email account), tick the box to “Send a welcome email”. An email will be sent to your colleague with a link to create a password
- Your colleague can then login to Kin and create a second brand profile (Account > My Brands > Add an additional brand profile) or by clicking here. You will need to pay £495 and then you will be taken to an online form to complete your new profile.
- The Kin Team will review the new profile and publish it on the site within 24 Hrs
